the big guys and the little guys. We ask ourselves “Would we
buy this with our money”? If not, then it’s not
good enough for you, our customer. We ourselves use the products that
we sell.
The Acoustic Musician
regularly attends NAMM, the premier
showplace for
musical products, and meets manufacturers face-to-face. We are more
than an anonymous name on an invoice to them. Our product lines are
from manufacturers with whom we have established a direct
professional
relationship. Each relationship is a partnership that assures the
product quality that our customers expect and which The Acoustic
Musician demands. If there is an issue with any product that we sell,
we can go directly to the manufacturer for satisfaction. We back our
products with a written warranty and return policy, just in case the
product does not meet your expectations.
Our attention to individual
instrument set-up also makes us
different
from our competition. Some of our competitors never see or touch the
instruments that they sell. When you order an instrument from them, it
is delivered directly from the manufacturer to your door ("drop
shipped"). In our experience, even high-end instruments may need an
inspection and adjustment before they are good enough for our
customers. The Acoustic Musician observes a policy of not
“drop shipping” instruments. Every instrument goes
through a 10-step
inspection process and nothing leaves
our
store unless it meets our
standards and your expectations.
